Downloading and Installing
Install uTorrent and Daemon Tools from the links given on the left sidebar. If you have Windows 10 or 8 or 8.1 then you don’t need daemon tools, just get uTorrent. Then click the link from the article and go to the links page. Choose the first link or any other link and open it in uTorrent and save the game to a folder of your choice on your hard disk. Complete the downloading and you will get an ISO file. Use Daemon Tools to open this ISO file to get the DVD. On Windows 10 you can right click the ISO and select Mount to get the same DVD or you can right click the ISO and select ‘Open With’ and choose Windows Explorer and get the DVD if you don’t see the mount option. After that run setup and install Sims 4 complete collection. Then copy the folder you find inside the CODEX folder and paste it in the folder where you install Sims 4. Make sure to disable your antivirus before doing this, as some antivirus programs can delete the files that are needed. If you do this steps properly then you will have the full version of the complete collection of Sims 4 free download on your PC.

it keeps saying “the contents of your user data directory were created by a newer version of the sims 4 and cannot be loaded. Please update your game via Origin to play”. What does this mean?
Delete Sims 4 folder from here Documents\Electronic Arts

Did not work for me. I downloaded everything correctly and it keeps popping up an error saying that it is unable to start.
What is the error that you are getting?
It keeps popping up “The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000009a). Click OK to close the application.” Someone help pls?
Go to The Sims 4 My First Pet Stuff\__Installer\vc there you will find 2 folders in both of those folders you will find a folder named Redist. Open them and install all 4 setups you find in those two folders. If you are asked repair them, then repair them and restart your PC.
it isnt working for me….when i start the installation ..i get a pop up that says something like ISDONE.dll…and then the installation just fails. Any fix for this?
Right click on the torrent in uTorrent and click force Recheck. Let it finish and then you can install.
help I do not have a codex folder
it says I need origin to play the game and if I have origin I need an activation code
If you do not have CODEX folder inside the DVD as shown in the tutorial video then you downloaded a different version.
You cannot go to Origin with this. Uninstall Origin and remove everything you have installed first and only then install this

You can use Firefox browser to open that link as well. Or if you are using Windows 10 then you dont need daemon tools.
my game is running till the title the sims 4 title then i stop and my laptop stopped to (i did wait for some times). i can’t tab out or do anything else except shut down immediately. can u help me with that ? thank you.
It needs 8GB RAM minimum, do you have that? Also needs a good graphics card and 64bit Windows.
i could play before. but after i del most of my
house mods and downloaded new one. it happened
Go to Documents\Electronic Arts folder and delete the Sims 4 folder, then try starting fresh. (This will remove your saves and mods and CC)

maybe its because I have Origin Installed with the normal Sims 4 on it (like no expansion pack just regular sims 4) ? tbh I dont know, also if necessary to know I have Windows 10
You are absolutely right, you need to remove Origin or exit it completely.

Yes I did and even deleted the folder Orgin and he original Sims 4 too like everxything expect the program given here. “my first pet stuff”
Okay. Uninstall this as well and delete Sims 4 folder from Documents\Electronic Arts.
Then disable your antivirus and star the installation again, try installing to a different drive like D drive or C drive directly not in the program files. Copy files like shown in the video from CODEX folder. Try starting now.
Still wont work :(….I did everything as told now too this is so weird i dont get it.. im reading a lot about it everyone says it is because of origin..but i have deleted and unstalled it, is there anything i can do? maybe there i an error on rhe codex or something? maybe its because my computer is in german? idk something diffrent happends when i dont copy the things form the codex folder after installing, it says i dont have origin and need to install it
Without copying files from CODEX folder you will get that error. Which antivirus were you using?

Okay, check if it quarantined the files that you copy from the CODEX folder. If its doing that then remove those files from there and disable the antivirus and copy the files again as shown in the tutorial video.

Both of you do this. Type regedit in start menu and open it
Navigate to this string
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > Maxis > The Sims 4
On the right side double click on Locale and enter this en_US

after I double clicked the ISO file,it took forever to create a drive usingDaemon, is it really normal?
If its working then dont worry about it. Sometimes it happens, a restart can fix that.

The expansions are included, you don’t click on them on the left side, they are just within the game itself. Dont you know how the expansions work in Sims4?
I give up. This started downloading last night around 11 pm now it is saying it’s going to take 14w! LOL now 3ys! I have my computer hardwired and I don’t think it should have taken all this time to get to 50%
Just restart your PC and it should be pack up to speed.

Hello, I have a bit of a problem. I did every step i was supposed to do but when i try to open the game it says that the game can’t run with graphic card in this system. I never got this before i downloaded this pack collection, please help.
This complete collection with all addons needs a good dedicated graphics card from Nvidia or AMD and the Intel HD graphics card is not enough, that is why you are getting the error.
Ah, thats sad. But now how do i fix this? I want my game back to normal.

No, you cannot install this with your bought version. Remove it and then install only this.
When I try to open sims (I already downloaded it) its saying that the sims 4 is already running when it isn’t. How shall I overcome this?
