be advised that this is a DX11-only game, so if you have a nvidia 200-series card or less it won’t work.
You are wrong. This works just fine with a DX10 card. i have a GTX260 and the it loads and works just fine. so the DX11 only is an outdated requirement. so you can all breath easy guys 🙂 and thanks uploader and Reloaded!

To get all of the DLC open steam_api.ini and paste over the top of the DLC list:

This will unlock all DLC, the DLC doesn’t appear until after the 4th mission or so.

Saints Row 4 is working great here, its both awesome and wierd at the same time….. I’m a bit disapointed that it uses the same exact game map as SR3 though…looks like this is just a continuation to the SR3 storyline.
btw Migge thanks for letting us known how to unlock the DLC
Remember some of the content in SR4 was meant to be an expansion to SR3… so it shows. Weird, though.
Well… it’s not weird… it’s a shame. They could’ve done much better.
